REUNION THIS WEEKEND

If you have been under a rock (or pile of snow) all winter, it’s time to crawl out and dust off your dancing shoes!  This coming Saturday, March 18th, from 7-11 pm at Boscobel Bowl & Banquet, TREMOR and FAST ACTION are back together for one night!  Cover charge is only $5/person, and the WRTO will be sponsoring 50/50 raffles and a heads or tails bead game.

The public is invited to the WRTO Annual Meeting on Saturday, March 18th from 4-5 pm at Double K’s Bar and Grill (back room).  We will be reviewing last year’s accomplishments and making plans for this coming year.  Anyone interested in volunteering or becoming a board member is encouraged to attend, or if you would just like to hear an update on what we are up to, we’d love to have you!  Please let us know (email, call, or text) if you plan on coming, just in case our venue changes.

We received a $21.00 check from (Smile) Amazon for the purchases made by our supporters in January and February.  How cool is this?  Please remind your family and friends that if they go to www.smileamazon.com, instead of just Amazon, you can add the Wisconsin River Trail Organization as your charity of choice, and Amazon donates 0.5% of all income they raise to the WRTO, without any extra charge to your bill!  Thank you all for helping us raise funds for phase 2A to Cozy Acres Mobile Park.

The WRTO and community volunteers are working on getting a bike safety class lined up at the Boscobel Elementary School this spring.  Plans are still in progress, but if you are available to help out in any way, please contact Denise at 507-269-2606 or denisefisher5995@gmail.com.

See you this Saturday at the bowling alley!  WOOT! WOOT!
