Wisconsin River Trail News
Less than 2 weeks before the banquet! We have about 50-60 seats still available, and we’ve worked SO hard….since July, to bring this amazing event to our community. Please, if you have not come to the event before, give us a try. It is an evening FULL of fun and excitement.
The cost is $25/person, and includes a great meal of: chicken, baked potato with beef tips and gravy, vegetable, salad, roll, and dessert. The doors open at 4 pm for Happy Hour and silent auction bidding. Dinner is served at 5 pm. Please contact Tonia Vial at 608-391-0113, tmvial@yahoo.com, Denise Fisher at 507-269-2606 or denisefisher5995@gmail.com, or Joel Leonard at 608-375-5708 or jkleonard@centurytel.net to reserve your spot. Only 200 tickets are sold, so your chances of winning are pretty great! Plus, we try to make it so that many of the items are WON, and not bid on, so that everyone that might want to win an item gets a chance to take something awesome home.
Winning what? Well, we will have a live and silent auction, table raffles of high-end donations, gun raffles, 5-6 rounds of raffles like they do at the Empty Stocking, 50/50 raffle, and a super fun BEAD game that you can win. About half of the attendees will receive a door prize too.
What is there to win? Well….Packers vs Lions OR Falcons tickets, Badger basketball vs Michigan, Fit Bit Charge 3, $100 of Prem Meats, 50” Smart LG TV, blue tooth sound bar, an awesome crossbow, 3 guns: a Stevens 320 GA pump, a Mossberg 308 scope rifle, and a High Point hand pistol, a timeshare vacation package to Cozumel, a 5-day vacation in a cabin near Ashland, 2 nights in the Metropolis Resort in Eau Claire complete with water park passes, a load of concrete from Boscobel Reddy Mix, a load of gravel from Reynolds Brothers-Ryan and Glenda Reynolds, a dumpster from Town and Country Sanitation, free wine tasting for 10 at Spurgeon’s Vineyards, a stunning metal photo artwork from Vicki France, handmade quilts from Stan and Sally Fritz, Jody Mayne and family, and the 7th and 8th grade Boscobel Home Ec Class, a family swimming pool pass, 5-evaluations complete with X-rays from Premier Spine in Boscobel, autographed jerseys from: Joe Thomas, Clay Matthews, Greg Jennings, Ryan Braun bat and ball, Packers football, an hour-long massage from Healing Hands, Wisconsin-shaped Adirondack chair and table from Shorty Youngs, outdoor Beanbag game from Dickman Enterprises, $250 women’s shopping spree, propane deck heater, an Echo Dot donated by Dependable Solutions, snowblower, rototiller, Tamarac bench donated by Joe Trumm, handcrafted bench from the Brownlee family, and so much more!
